Refund And Returns

At Little Local Artisan Market, we take pride in showcasing high-quality, handcrafted products from talented artisans. We strive to ensure that every item is shipped with care and in working order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a refunds and exchange policy in place.

Refund and Exchange Requests

If you wish to request a refund or exchange for your purchase, please contact us via email at shop@gabbyl107.sg-host.com. Your request will be forwarded to the relevant artisan who created the item.

Little Local Artisan Market acts as a facilitator, connecting customers and artisans to address refund and exchange requests. The decision to grant a refund or exchange will be at the discretion of the individual artisan, and we will respect and uphold their decision.

Refund and Exchange Conditions:

  1. All refund and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges.
  2. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and documentation.
  3. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to the artisan, unless the item is deemed defective or not as described.
  4. Once the artisan receives and inspects the returned item, they will determine if a refund or exchange is appropriate based on their policies and the condition of the item.
  5. If a refund is approved, the artisan will issue the refund amount, minus any applicable shipping costs, to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  6. If an exchange is approved, the artisan will coordinate with you to provide a replacement item or alternative product of equal value.

Please note that handcrafted items may have slight variations or imperfections, which are inherent to their unique and artisanal nature. These variations do not constitute grounds for refunds or exchanges unless the item is significantly different from the description or images provided.

We encourage open communication between customers and artisans throughout the refund and exchange process. Little Local Artisan Market will facilitate this communication to ensure a smooth and fair resolution.
